What is CAMS?

  4. After opening the above link you will get a page like this

Active Policies option shows which policies are active and in what number they are active, 3D Charts to show graphical representation.

Policies Expiring in 7 Days

This quick view shows which policies for which client is expiring within the 7 days time period.







Prospectus/Quotes

Prospectus/Quotes quick view shows quotes of clients and their details in small and quickest view.

Events

Events show which events and occasions are coming up in few days which are organized by agencies.

Admin Message

Admin message view shows messages that are conveyed by admin to employees.





Note and Reminders

Notes and reminder view shows a quick view of reminders or notes which were created, on the dashboard so that it is easy and quickly viewed.

How to do Agency Setup in the Agency setup Tab in CAMS

An Agency Setup is created to easily configure Agency settings and information so that it is easy to access and keep updating the information within agency. An Agency Setup Looks like this:

Agency
In Agency feature, a person can easily edit the information of Agency or update it with new information in the given plots. Here is how to edit Agency Option:

  1. Select the Edit option by clicking on Pencil icon on the top of Agency option, as shown:

  2. Click on the pencil and above Action will be shown:

  3. Now if you want to edit anything, you may edit Things here which are:
    Agency Name, Address, City, State, Zip, Phone, Other Phone, and Fax.

  4. After editing or updating the information click on save and your information would be saved accordingly.

How to Add location information, Delete Location information and Print it in CAMS

Location Setup is a session where clients add and delete their current and extra locations of offices or franchises, in order to kill extra work, being efficient CAMS introduced Location feature in Agency setup to make it easy for Agencies to edit or update it or delete or add it.

As you can see here are options that can be used in Location features to operate Location feature.

  1. Add new

Add New

In Add new Option you can add your new location to the list by following steps:

  1. Click on Add new Option as shown in Image:

  2. Now after clicking on “Add new” button above action will be in progress:

  3. Now you can add new Location with following details in it
    location name, Address, City, State, Zip, Phone, Other Phones, and Fax.

  4. Now add all the details and new location will appear in the 1st row as shown in image:







Delete Selected

This option gives you allowance to delete any post by selecting.

How to delete a selected post:

  1. Select the entry you want to delete by clicking on empty box show in image

  2. Now after selecting the desired entry, Click on Delete select at the top, and new image with warning will appear as follow:

  3. Click Ok and your entry will be deleted, as shown:







Print Selected

Print selected is a very efficient way to print any selected entry with its details in just few clicks as shown:

  1. 1st you have to select any entry that you want to print:

  2. Select any entry that you want to print:

  3. Now Click on Print Selected on the top and you will be redirected to a new page where you have to select your printing options, as shown:







Print this page

Print this page is a very unique way of getting all the entries printed in just one click

  1. What you have to do is just click on the button “print this page”, as shown

  2. You will be directed to new page where you can use printing options to print all the entries:

Edit any Entry

Edit entry is an option by which you can easily edit your existing entry which you want as shown

  1. Click on edit icon before the checkbox of any entry as shown in image:

  2. Now click on the icon new action will get into progress as follow:

  3. Now you can see filled blanks, now you can easily edit them and click save to save the changes!

How to Maintain Agents Authority and Information CAMS

CAMS have introduced Agents check and balance features in its services which helps to monitor their activity of being on work and save their details with respect to their work.

There are two tabs within Agent option, as shown:

  1. List

  2. Login Details



List:

In list feature, you can save your agents information from name to number and address in and anytime use the details. There are following more options within it.

  1. Edit/View

  2. Add New

  3. Delete Selected

  4. Print Selected Print this page

Edit/View

In Edit/view option one can easily edit the current information and view the properties as follows:

  1. Click on the Edit icon as shown in image:

  2. After click on Edit icon a new window will appear as follows:

  3. Now you can easily edit the following blanks and filled blanks and click on save to save the update.

  4. To view anyone’s profile you just simply have to click on view icon besides Edit icon as follows:

  5. After clicking on the icon a new window will appear with details as follows:











Add New

With Clicking Add new button you can simply add new agent details

  1. Click on Add new button at the top and following window will appear:

  2. Now you can simply add your details and click on save, things will be added and shown on the 1st line as in top entry, as shown:







Delete Selected

You can also delete any entry from the list by following steps:

  1. 1st click on the empty square box to select an entry as follow:

  2. Now click on Delete Selected and new window will appear:







Print Selected

You can also print the details of your Agents working with you by following

  1. 1st you have select the desired entry or agent, to what information you need, as follow:

  2. Now click on Print Select and new window will appear :

You can also print all the entries on the page by following:

  1. Click on print this page on the top:

  2. After click on print this page a new window will open and now you have to print it just:







Login Details:

In login details option you can easily check and export the online or job activity of your agents:

If you want to export details of login activity of your agent do follow:

  1. Select any entry by their checkbox as follow:

Now if you want to print all the entries on all the pages together, you have to follow above:

  1. Click on the print all pages button from the top as follow:

  2. Now new window will appear where you click on print to print all the pages:

Export all results

If you want to export results of entire company’s agents you may follow above:

  1. Click on export all results on the top as follow:

  2. Now after click on it, new window will appear where you would have following option to click:

  3. Click on export and select desired format to get the results of entire company’s agent results.



Edit your Default Policies

A default feature is made to clarify policies within the agency and edit the policies in the agency; the page looks like above in image:

  1. Now what you have to do is select any policy by clicking on the checkbox of any entry:

  2. Now click on edited selected on the top and new window will appear:

  3. Now you have to click to check or uncheck if you want that policy to be activated or not, simply then click save to save the updates/changes.















Audit trail

You can easily do following features in Audit Trail:

  1. Print Selected

  2. Print this page

  3. Print all pages

Print selected

In print selected you can easily select and print any entry you want as follow:

  1. What you have to do is Select any entry by checking on checkbox in the windows as follow:

  2. Now after checking the box click on printed selected and a printing page will appear as follow:

Print this Page

In this option you can print the whole page entries in single click:

  1. Just click print this page on the top of the page as follow:

  2. Now Click on it and a new page will open and you can easily print all entries, as follow:

In this option you can easily print all pages entry at once with 2 clicks:

  1. Click on Print all pages, as follows:


  1. Now Click on the print all pages a new window will appear and now you can easily print whole entries:





Template:

In template you can edit given templates of email that you want to send to your customers:

  1. If you want to edit any template just click on the edit icon as show follow:

  2. Click on it and new window will appear where you can edit the given templates:

  3. Click to save and editing will be saved and updated on the page.





Clients:

In clients features you have following options to work with

  1. Edit any entry

Edit any Entry

In this option you can edit any entry you want as follow:

  1. To edit any entry what you need to do is click on the edit icon in the page as follow:

  2. Now click on it and a new page will appear, fill the information you want to update and save it as follow:

  3. Now you have to save it and all done!



Add New

In this option you can add new client details in few clicks

  1. You have to click on Add new Option on the top and new page will open as follow:

  2. Add any information you want then click on save to save the file:





Delete Selected

You can select and delete any entry you want by follow:

  1. Select any entry by checking the check box:




  1. After clicking on check box the entry will be selected and now you can easily click on delete selected:

  2. After that a warning will be shown click on Ok to get it deleted:

You can easily select and print one entry at one time by following

In this feature you can edit your company lists and entries:

  1. Edit Entry

Edit any Entry

You can edit any entry by

  1. Click on the edit icon on the entry you want to edit:

  2. Now you have to click on it and new page will appear as:

  3. Edit all the information and save it.



Add New

You can add a new company entry as follow:

  1. Click on the add new button on the top of the page as:

  2. After clicking on it a new page will appear in which you can add new values:

  3. Add the values and information and click on save to save the entry and it will appear on the top.





Delete Selected:

You can delete any entry you want by selecting or checking on the check box:

Now click on delete selected and you will get a warning asking, click Ok and the entry will be deleted:

Your entry will be deleted after clicking on OK.

Print Selected

If you want to print a selected entry, check on any checkbox you want to print as:

Now click on Print selected, a new page with print option will appear click on print to print it:





Print this page

With this option you can easily print any page entries with one click:

Click on it a new page with printing option will appear click on it and it will be printed:



Print all pages:

You can easily print entries on each page in one click and all entries of all pages will be printed:

Click on print all pages to print all entries on the page:



Banks

In this feature you can easily edit or add new bank details in it.

  1. Add new

  2. Edit

  3. Delete Selected

Add new

You can easily add new Bank entry by just click on Add new on the top

Now new window will appear and add information regarding Bank:

Now add the desired information and click on save to save the details and it will show on the new entry at the top.

Edit any entry

  1. To edit any entry, click on the edit icon in the entry section as follow:

  2. New window will appear where you can easily edit details as :

  3. You can save it and it will be saved.



Delete Selected

You can delete any entry you want from here by just checking in on check box on the entry as follow:

Now click on delete selected and you will get a warning as:

Click on OK to delete it, this data will be off your records now.







Finance Companies (Fin. Companies)

Add new

Add new Finance Company details by simply clicking on Add new as follow:

Now fill the blanks with details and save it so that entry will appear on the 1st row.

Save it!

Delete Selected

Select the file with checking on the check box on the entry row:

Now click on Delete selected to delete the file a warning will appear as:

Click on OK to delete the desired file and remove it from database.





Edit Entry

By clicking on the edit icon on the entry row you can easily edit the entry as follow:

After that a new window will appear as:

Edit any detail you want and then click on save to update it.











Accounts

In Accounts you can do following things:

  1. Inline add

  2. Edit Selected

  3. Delete selected

  4. Print selected

  5. Print this page

Inline Add

In order to add any new entry click on Inline Add and you will get your window like this:

Then hit enter to add the details into the line and the entry will be added.











Edit selected:

You can simply check the check box before any entry to edit it.

Now select edit selected to get this option:

Delete Selected

You can simply delete any entry by just selecting it by following:


Now click on deleted selected a warning will come and click on OK:

You can edit your comm. Coverages by simply selecting the entry by check box in the entry:

After checking, click on the edit entry and following action will be in progress:

After that edit your entry and hit enter to save it, hence done.



Fee Types

In this you can add entry by clicking on Inline Add on the top of page:

After clicking following action will take place:

Add any entry you want to add and hit enter to save it.

To add an inline add to the entry and make a new entry click on inline Add on the top of the page as following:

After selecting the inline Add, following action will be in progress:

Add new

In payments we can Add New payment, print any payment details and edit current details as follow:

In this function you can easily print all the entries on all pages at once as follow:

Now new page will open where you just have to click on Print and all entries from all pages will be printed at once.

You can do two features in it Add new and Print any selected entry:

Add new:

To add new click the Add new button at the top of the page as follow:

Now you will see a new window as:

Now click on save to save the new entry.

Print Selected:

To select and print any entry checkbox the checking box in the entry:

Now click on Print selected at the top and new page will appear:

Click on print to print the entry.



Agency Commissions:

You can easily manage this feature by editing any entry, view entry and printing entries as follow:
